The issue regarding Skytap email retransmission has been resolved.

Skytap Notification emails should now be sent and received as expected.

To prevent email retransmissions, email Notifications have been temporary disabled. Our Engineering team continues to work on this issue. We will provide an additional update within one hour.

Some Skytap users may receive multiple copies of emails from Notification rules or other in product features.

Other product features such as portal login, the API, or VM performance is not impacted.

We are working to resolve the issue and will provide an update within one hour.
