We have confirmed that the Skytap Portal Website (cloud.skytap.com) is unavailable as of 12:00PM PDT 7/24/21. Our engineers are actively working to resolve this issue.

We wanted to advise you that we will be performing maintenance on the Skytap Portal (cloud.skytap.com), which will affect every Skytap Region. The maintenance will begin on Saturday, July 24th, 2021 at 11:00 AM PDT / 18:00 UTC, and is scheduled to last up to one hour.

At the beginning of this maintenance window, Skytap User Account login functionality will be disabled for the duration of the maintenance activity, and any users logged in to the Skytap Portal will be logged out automatically. Web-based access to all running VMs, including the browser-based HTML5 client and Sharing Portals, will be unavailable during the maintenance. Other access methods, such as Public IP or Published Service will continue to be accessible for all Skytap Regions.

Additionally, state changes and sequencing actions (ie, suspend, resume, shutdown) will not be possible during this maintenance. VMs that were running prior to the maintenance window will continue to run and will not be affected. Actions that are scheduled to occur during the maintenance will instead occur after the maintenance has completed. Finally, Copy-to-Region and VM import operations that did not complete before the scheduled maintenance window will fail; they can be manually retried after maintenance completes.

Skytap will actively monitor system health and operations during this time and will post any related service impact to the Skytap Health Dashboard.
