Skytap will be performing maintenance in the CN-HongKong-M-1 region on:
Febuary 23 2025, 12:00 AM Hong Kong time (Feburary 22 2025 16:00 UTC)
The maintenance duration is expected to be up to 5.5 hours.
During this maintenance window:
12:00 AM Hong Kong time: All VM and LPARs in the region will be locked. A subset of VMs/LPARs in the region will be shutdown. If your account is affected by this shutdown, you will have received a separate notification. Effects of locking include:
• VMs and LPARs are unable to change state (ie, cannot be suspended, resumed, shutdown, or powered off)
• Environments are unable to be copied
1:05 AM Hong Kong time: LPARs and VMs that were previously shutdown begin to power on; this process may take up to 1.5 hours to complete.
2:55 AM to 4:15 AM Hong Kong time: During this period LPARs and VMs in the region may experience short disruptions to various networking services in the region.
Skytap will actively monitor system health and operations during this time and will post any related service impact to the Skytap Health Dashboard at https://status.skytap.com/
