Skytap will be performing infrastructure maintenance in the US-Texas-M-1 region on:
March 17 2024, 12:00 AM CDT (March 17 2024, 05:00 UTC).


MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:

12:00 AM CDT: All power LPARs in the region will be locked and shutdown, x86 VMs will be locked but not shutdown

4:10 AM CDT: Power LPARs in the region begin to power on; this process may take up to 2 hour to complete

6:20 AM CDT: All power LPAR and x86 VM networking will be intermittently disrupted, including:
- Local networks
- WANs (VPNs and ExpressRoutes)
- Public internet connectivity
- Published service connectivity
- Skytap SRA client

7:40 AM CDT: Maintenance concludes


DURING THE MAINTENANCE:
- Locked LPARs and VMs are unable to change state (ie, suspend, resume, shutdown, poweroff)
- Environments and templates are unable to be copied
- Actions that are scheduled to occur during the maintenance will fail
- Copy-to-Region and VM import operations that did not complete before the scheduled maintenance window will fail; they can be manually retried after maintenance completes

Skytap will actively monitor system health and operations during this time and will post any related service impact to the Skytap Health Dashboard.
