An issue impacting connectivity to the Skytap Portal Website (cloud.skytap.com) and VM SRA sessions was observed between 21:01 and 23:04 UTC and has since been alleviated.

During the impact time, the Skytap Portal may have experienced slow page loads or partial page loads. SRA Sessions with VMs may have disconnected.

At this time, cloud.skytap.com and VM SRA sessions should be available.
