During this upgrade maintenance window, user account login functionality will be disabled and any logged in users will be logged out. Web-based access to all running VMs, including the browser-based SRA client and Sharing Portals, will be unavailable during this maintenance. Other access methods, such as Public IPs or Published Services will continue to be accessible for all Skytap Regions with the exception of US-West. External access methods to all running VMs in the US-West region will experience intermittent disruption of service for the duration of this maintenance.

State changes and sequencing actions (ie, suspend, resume, shutdown) will not be possible during this maintenance, including via the Skytap API. VMs that were running prior to the maintenance window will continue to run and will not be affected. Actions that are scheduled to occur during the maintenance will instead occur after the maintenance has been completed.

Lastly, Copy-to-Region and VM import operations that did not complete before the scheduled maintenance window will fail; they can be manually retried after maintenance completes.
