Resolved
The networking issue in our UK-London-M-2 Region has now been resolved.

The following symptoms should now be alleviated:
- Inability of some VMs to obtain an IP address via DHCP

Effected VMs may need the DHCP lease to be manually renewed, or the guest OS of the VM rebooted.

- Inability of some x86 VMs to obtain an IP address via DHCP
